Product Support/Returns Policy
All Goods sold in the “UK only” of all Geosat 5 range plus accessories, “pending inspection on return to and by TECHNO SHOP Ltd” will be Guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase. Customers would be required to verify proof of purchase with accompanying written letter or email /Fax, this includes both Software related problems and Hardware related problems.
All Geosat 4. and 5. range Goods, that are damaged and require repair will be chargeable. They will also require postal air freight cost to Italy plus return.
All Goods sent to TECHNO SHOP LTD must be parcelled in its original box or a postal box suitable which can accommodate polystyrene chippings, or bubble wrap, completely surrounding the Geosat Unit. Goods which are posted and do not conform to this requirement under transit will compromise or cancel the 2 year Guarantee.
All Goods sent to TECHNO SHOP LTD must have copies of the appropriate papers, i.e. “Email, Fax, or Written letters” previously sent to TECHNO SHOP LTD and must accompany the parcel. Verification of proof of purchase, Return address and telephone number or mobile must also be provided.
